Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 large eggs

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

Dough Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Filling Preparation

  • In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in powdered sugar.
  • Add sliced strawberries and mix gently.

Assembly

  • Once the puffs are cool, cut a slit in each one and fill with the cream and strawberry mixture.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These puffs can be prepared in advance, but fill them just before serving for best results.
