  • 1 12-inch HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 6-7 slices prosciutto halved
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large peach sliced
  • 1.5 cups arugula
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  • Remove pizza from all packaging
  • Add ricotta cheese to pizza in 2-3 tablespoon spoonfuls
  • Top with prosciutto and peach slices
  • Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  • Remove from oven, add arugula, honey drizzle, and fresh thyme
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
