  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour honey mixture over the chicken and reduce heat to medium.
  • Cover and cook until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F, about 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm, spooning sauce over the chicken.
