- 2 large Avocados, pitted
- ⅓ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole Lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley plus more for garnish
- Red Pepper flakes to garnish, optional
