Glazed Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are an easy, irresistible appetizer featuring tender salmon coated in a sweet and spicy glaze.

Ingredients
Spices
- 1 pound salmon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, and onion powder. Set aside.
- In a bowl or measuring cup add and mix together the honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and sriracha.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- On a cutting board carefully peel the skin off the salmon, using a knife if necessary. Discard the skin and cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes.
- Add the cut salmon to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the spices over it and toss gently to coat.
- Add the coconut oil to the skillet. Add the salmon pieces in one layer so they are spread out in the skillet. Cook 1 minute.
- Flip the salmon and add the honey sauce. Cook 1 more minute. Gently move the salmon around in the skillet so they either flip again or get covered in the sauce. Cook 60 to 90 seconds more. Remove from heat.
- Let the skillet sit for 2-3 minutes before serving the salmon bites.
Notes
While I like to buy a 1 pound piece of salmon from the grocery store you can also use smaller portioned pieces and dice those up to equal 1 pound (16 ounces in a pound).
