Fiery Chicken Marinade

  • 2 breasts chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce (or gluten-free Tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (such as Sriracha or Gochujang)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Ramen & Broth

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (or gluten-free ramen)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked optional)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 stalks green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked.
  • Add minced garlic and paprika, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • Reduce heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Adjust the chili sauce for your preferred heat. Use gluten-free Tamari and ramen noodles for a gluten-free option. Swap the chicken for tofu and use vegetable broth for a vegan option.
