Ingredients
  

Meat and Dairy

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix do not pack down when measuring

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese can add more to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together hot pork sausage and softened cream cheese.
  • Add in Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up the meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
  • Chill the baking sheets in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes until browned, then serve.

Notes

Do not pack your measuring cup when measuring the Bisquick. You may also combine the ingredients with hands if an electric mixer is unavailable. A tip for freezing is to flash-freeze the balls before placing them in a freezer-safe bag.
