  • 2 cups Chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 cups Chow Mein noodles
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 pcs Green onions, chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the Chow Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add bell pepper and carrots, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked noodles and pour the sauce mixture over. Toss to combine.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
