Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 2 boxes Ghirardelli Brownie Mixes plus the ingredients to make the brownies: eggs, water, and vegetable oil

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9-ounce box
  • cups whole milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce can
  • 2 containers frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) 8-ounce containers, thawed

Topping

  • 1 bag Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits 8-ounce bag

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving an inch or two of overhang on the short sides to use as handles. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare brownie mixes according to package directions and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes and cool completely. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth, then fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  • In a trifle bowl, layer half of the brownies, followed by half of the pudding mixture, ⅓ of the toffee bits, and half of the remaining whipped topping. Repeat layers and top with remaining ⅓ of toffee bits. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Notes

Depending on the size of your serving dish, you may have extra brownie squares, which are perfect for snacking!
