  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ¾ cup chopped mild banana peppers divided

Meat

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Fold in chicken, ½ cup banana peppers, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese; transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining banana peppers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 18 minutes. Turn the broiler on Low and broil 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
