Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole grain bread toasted
  • ½ whole avocado sliced
  • 2 leaves lettuce Boston Bibb or butter lettuce work well
  • 2 to 3 slices fresh tomato
  • Kosher salt
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Toast two slices of whole grain bread.
  • While the bread is toasting, slice your tomato and avocado.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  • Add sliced avocado and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • Add a layer of lettuce and sliced tomatoes, sprinkle some salt over the tomatoes.
  • Top with the second slice of toasted bread. Cut the sandwich if desired and enjoy!
